The deadline for early bird submission ($50 off each entry) is Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Submission Deadline
The deadline for all submissions is Monday, June 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Entrant Notification
PHTA will notify all winners via email no later than August 10, 2026.

AQUA Magazine
Award winners will be recognized in the October 2026 issue of AQUA Magazine.

Awards Reception at International Pool Spa Patio Expo
Award winners will be honored in person during the PHTA Awards Reception at the International Pool Spa Patio Expo in November 2026 in New Orleans, LA.

Awards Delivered
Winners receive a physical plaque for each winning project. The plaques are created by our partner Rivanna and are shipped directly to the address provided on your entry form. Plaques are delivered in mid to late November. Please note, there is no additional fee for your award.
